What is a premium plan?

Creating your website is free! With a Premium plan, you can connect your own domain, remove Arana branding from your site, and enjoy many other benefits. 

Can I try premium plan for free?

Try any Arana Premium plans for free! If you decide it's not for you, you can cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund—no questions asked. This policy applies to your initial upgrade to a Premium plan.

Why do I need a custom domain?

A custom domain, like mystunningwebsite.com, is a fantastic way to get found online and promote your brand. Replace your free Wix URL (username.arananetwork.com/sitename) with a custom domain purchased from Arana, or use one you already own.

How can I get my own personalized email address?

Once you have your own domain, you can purchase a Google Workspace plan and get a custom email address using your domain, like info@mywebsite.com. Google to provide you with 15GB of Drive storage, along with access to Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Where can I find my billing information?

Sign in to your Arana account and select Billing from the main menu . Here, you can view all your subscriptions and billing history.

What online payment are accepted?

Currently, Arana accepts PayPal payments only.
